About
AI can write a maths proof in seconds. The hard part now is telling whether it is right. Most tools hand you a confident wall of text and leave that entirely to you. TetractysLab breaks the answer into steps and puts the AI's own doubts at the top, so you know which part to examine first.
It is an early project, built by one person, and it is being rebuilt in the open.
What it is not
- It does not prove anything is correct. No computer has checked these answers.
- It is a bad way to finish homework. You will learn nothing, and your tutor will ask you to explain a step you cannot explain.
- It is a good way to get unstuck, to see how an argument is structured, and to practise spotting weak reasoning.
Who builds it
One person with a mathematics degree. If something here is wrong, confusing, or useless, the feedback page goes straight to them — an answer that was confidently wrong is the single most useful thing you can send.
Privacy, plainly
Your question is sent to an AI company to be answered, and we keep a copy so we can see what the site handles badly. Your questions and answers are also saved in your own browser, and you can delete those at any time with the button in the sidebar. If you leave an email with feedback, it is used to reply to you and nothing else. Nothing is sold or shared. Do not type anything private, and ask us to delete anything you want removed.
